Delete your DairyMitra account

How to ask

1. Email help@mitraapps.in from any address, with the subject "Delete my DairyMitra account".
2. Include your registered mobile number and your dairy code (shown on the app's home screen, e.g. DM123456).
3. We confirm the request by calling or messaging that mobile number, so nobody else can delete your dairy.

What is deleted

• Your login (name, mobile number, password) and all sessions on your phones.
• If you are the owner: the dairy and all its records, including customers, farmers, routes, items, milk collections, sales, bills, payments, staff logins and reports.
• If you are staff: only your login. The dairy's records stay with the owner.

What is kept

Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for plan payments, are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

When

Within 30 days of confirming your request. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; please send the request above.

Want to delete only some data instead? Owners can delete customers, farmers, items and entries inside the app at any time.
